Terms of Service

Our service
These terms govern TaulTech Starter provided by TaulTech. See TaulTech Starter for the services and quantities in your selected plan. It is a static website service. Bilingual websites, ecommerce, online payments and custom features are outside the plan and require a separate custom project agreement.
Billing and cancellation
A $399 setup fee and your first monthly payment are due when you sign up. You authorize Stripe to charge the monthly subscription automatically until canceled. There is no minimum term. Cancel at any time through the customer portal or by emailing us. Service ends at the end of the paid billing period. Paid fees are not prorated or refunded for unused days, except where required by law. Overdue payments may result in suspended service; contact us to resolve the balance and restore service.
Second-year annual renewal and source-code license
No first-year lock-in. Pay monthly and stop anytime. The site goes offline after nonpayment; your domain, content and data belong to you and can be exported. After 12 consecutive months, receive a source-code usage license: perpetual use, self-editing or editing by another company. Copyright remains with TaulTech; only for your own business, with no transfer or resale. Renew for a full second year to spread the setup fee evenly across 12 monthly credits. Credits stop if service ends; no cash refund. The monthly rate does not decrease from month 13. Card and bank transfer prices are identical; TaulTech covers processing fees.
Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your current plan continues through the paid period, with no mid-cycle price adjustment.
Your materials and approval
You supply accurate business information and materials you own or have permission to use, including photos, logos and text. You authorize TaulTech to use them to deliver the service. We send content for your review before publication. If you do not respond within 48 hours after it is sent, we may publish it automatically. Tell us promptly about corrections or permissions issues.
Ownership and leaving
Your domain, content and business information belong to you. You can request a complete export, including when canceling, so you can take your website materials elsewhere. Third-party accounts and software remain subject to their own terms.
Search and availability
We work to make your business easier to find, but do not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, leads or AI recommendations. Third-party platforms and hosting can experience outages or change their services.
