Privacy Policy

Information we collect
At checkout, Stripe collects your name, business name, email, phone number and billing address, and processes payment details. We can access the customer and billing information needed to manage your subscription, but do not store your full card number. Contact forms collect the details and message you submit. GA4 uses cookies or similar identifiers to measure page visits, device and browser information, approximate location, referral sources and actions such as contact or checkout clicks. Hosting providers may process technical request logs, including IP addresses.
How we use it
We use information to provide services, manage payments and subscriptions, respond to requests, send service communications, maintain security and understand how people use the website. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information in a contact form.
Service providers
We use Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for website analytics, Google Search Console for search performance, and hosting and email providers to run the website and deliver messages. They process information necessary for those purposes under their own terms. Search Console generally provides search performance reports rather than customer payment information. See Stripe privacy and Google privacy. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain customer and service records while needed to provide service and handle follow-up, and billing records as needed for accounting, taxes, disputes and legal obligations. Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. Analytics and technical logs follow the applicable provider retention settings. We delete or anonymize information when no longer needed; backup copies may remain until routinely overwritten.
Requests and California rights
Email hi@taultech.dev to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and retain records required by law or needed to resolve outstanding obligations. Where California privacy law applies, residents may have rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information and receive equal service when exercising rights. Applicable exceptions and eligibility rules may apply. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf.
Analytics choices and policy changes
You can restrict cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party analytics may collect information over time across websites under their own policies. We post updates here and change the effective date; material changes affecting active customers will be communicated by email. Contact TaulTech at hi@taultech.dev with privacy questions.
Text notifications
Mobile numbers collected for text notifications are used only for those notifications. We do not sell mobile numbers or share them with third parties for marketing. Texts require your opt-in on our inquiry form. Reply STOP to opt out. See SMS details.
